Thanks to the combination of the old weathered brick walls and its rustic design, the restaurant has a very unique charm. Our guests can make themselves comfortable in the parlor with its monumental chandelier and elaborately detailed plaster. For a more exclusive experience we invite our guests to take a seat and enjoy their dining experience at our VIP Table in the Wine Cellar. If you visit us during nice weather you can enjoy dinner and drinks on our beautiful patio with artisan wood ceilings and a calming fountain.

Alba Sabillion, class ’14, is a calm and reflexive chef, sometimes even disarming. Her personal cuisine style is distinctive and characterized by balance, intuition, and talent in execution; these traits allowed her to receive numerous showcase awards from international gastronomes and critics.
From the beginning, Alba’s raison d’ètre has been to recover, reinvent and reclaim a cuisine rich in flavour and variety, but always showing it the deepest respect, and providing esteem and value to an indisputable culinary tradition.
